24 hour availability by phone and email 2 weeks before/ after due date
Continuous uninterrupted labor support
2 postpartum visits to assist with newborn care, process your birth experience, and share resources and references for the transition into parenthood
Childbirth ed. Classes
Childbirth education tailored to you from the comfort of your home.

INCLUDES:
1-4 2 hour sessions customized to your individualized needs and interests taught in the comfort of your own home
Presentation of the most current and evidence-based information
Fun and engaging activities that will optimize learning and recall
Tools that will leave you feeling supported, empowered, and knowledgable about labor, delivery, and postpartum.

wow, that is a big picture of my face!
I am a former elementary school teacher with a passion for education. When folks ask what a doula is, I tell them I am project manager for you birth! I have a caring, pragmatic, and humorous approach to everything I do.
I live in the beautiful Skagit Valley and work in Seattle. I am happiest with a room temperature cup of coffee, a hot dog, and a pair of roller skates.
